Nexus 7 and Nexus 10 Gets Android 5.0.2

Patience is a good thing – and for those who were wondering just when their Nexus 10 or the Nexus 7 (2013) would be on the receiving end of the Android 5.0.2 Lollipop factory image simply because the Nexus 7 (2012) model received that close to a month back, here’s news – it is already published by Google.

The published Android 5.0.2 factory images happen to cater for both the Wi-Fi Nexus 7 (2013) and the Nexus 10, and they happen to be live on the developer site at the moment. Regardless of which model you are going to download the build for, it will be known as build LRX22G, which is a similar build number as that released for the Nexus 7 (2012).

Of course, you can always wait for an Over The Air update, but why bother to do so when you can manually install them yourself?
