Samsung Galaxy Pocket 2 And Galaxy Core 2 Duos Seen

Samsung does seem to have a couple more smartphones that are being prepared for a general release, although there is no official announcement from the South Korean conglomerate just yet. The clues that we have to bite on happen to be listings on a Vietnamese website, and these point to the Samsung Galaxy Pocket 2 and the Samsung Galaxy Core 2 Duos.

The Galaxy Pocket 2 looks all set to take off from where the Galaxy Pocket left off in 2012, not to mention having subsequent sequels, so to speak, in the form of the Pocket Plus and Pocket Neo. It is definitely an entry level model, boasting a tiny 3.2” QVGA display with dual SIM support, HSDPA connectivity, a single-core 1.0GHz processor, 512MB RAM, 4GB of internal memory, and a 2MP shooter at the back, all of it running on Android 4.4.2 KitKat right out of the box.

As for the Galaxy Core 2 Duos, this happens to run on runs Android 4.4.2 KitKat as well, with dual SIM support, a 4.5” WVGA display, a quad-core processor, a 5MP camera at the back with flash, a VGA front-facing shooter, 768MB RAM and 4GB of internal memory.
