Samsung Galaxy S5 Prime Touted For June 2014 Release

It does seem as though the folks over at Samsung are not too content by folding their hands after seeing the release of their latest flagship, the Samsung Galaxy S5. Well, why do we say so? There are plenty of signs out there that point to the possibility of a new device from Samsung that will be known as the Samsung Galaxy S5 Prime. It does seem as though the Samsung Galaxy S5 Prime will arrive with a jaw dropping 5.2″ QHD display that delivers a whopping 2,560 x 1,440 pixels at 564 ppi.

It will certainly look set to go one up on the already powerful Samsung Galaxy S5, and ought to be able to fend off the competition from the likes of the upcoming LG G3 smartphone. The South Korean model looks set to arrive with the company’s most recent octa-core Exynos 5430 chipset, where it will boast of quad 2.1GHz Cortex-A15 and quad 1.5GHz Cortex-A7 cores apart from an 600MHz ARM Mali GPU.
