OnePlus One Smartphone Torn Apart

on

The OnePlus One smartphone is set to arrive this coming June, where it looks set to turn the hierarchy of the high end smartphone world upside down. All right, maybe not, but perhaps it will at least upset the general order of things, where pricing is concerned. After all, where else can you find a device that has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor, a 5.5” Full HD display, 3GB RAM, a 3,100mAh battery, and 64GB of internal memory for $349 a pop? Those who are working on a tighter budget can always have the 16GB model for $299. Well, the folks over at IT168 have managed to take the OnePlus One apart, where you can check out a photo gallery of this smartphone right after the jump.

All of the smartphone was disassembled, and it does look as though it was done professionally. There is the striking red shade of the battery that looks absolutely great, making it resemble more of a toy than a smartphone, and is a pleasant departure from the normal batteries that are found in other smartphones that tend to look grey or share some other kinds of dark colors.
