MetroPCS To Launch LG L70

It does seem as though those who are in the market for a mid-range handset will have the LG L70 to choose from, especially if you happen to be a MetroPCS subscriber. The thing about the LG L70 is, it is not entirely a new handset, having been announced by LG before Mobile World Congress kicked off in February earlier this year, being part of the new L Series III along the way.

The LG L70 will run on Android 4.4 KitKat right out of the box, which is uncharacteristically a departure for a non-flagship device, but we will not be complaining. @evleaks had leaked out a press render of the LG L70 complete with the MetroPCS carrier branding printed on the handset.

In terms of its hardware specifications, we should be expecting a 4.5” 800×480 IPS touchscreen, an 8 MP or a 5MP rear camera, a VGA front camera, a dual-core 1.2GHz processor, 1GB RAM, 4GB of internal memory, and a 2,100mAh battery.
