LG has shown off their prowess in the past when it comes to mid-range handsets, and it does seem as though they have yet another model that is about to be prepared to hit the markets soon. Known as the LG L80, particular smartphone would join up with the LG L90, L70 and L40 of the LG L Series III that were introduced earlier at this year’s edition of Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain.

The LG L80 does seem as though it is shaping up to be a standard issue mid-range handset that will feature single SIM as well as dual SIM capability, depending on the model that you think would suit your lifestyle best. A quartet of capacitive touch buttons such as the back, home, menu and multi-tasking buttons will be seen up front in the dual SIM model, while the single SIM version is said to feature a physical home button.

Other hardware specifications that have been rumored for the LG L80 would include a 5-inch display with an 800 x 480 resolution count, a dual-core 1.2GHz processor, 1GB RAM, 4GB of internal memory, a microSD memory card slot, Android 4.4 KitKat as the operating system of choice, and a 2,540mAh battery.
