This coming October 22nd seems to be a happening date, as there are some companies who have selected that day in order to roll out their latest devices. Apple, for one, is tipped to introduce the new iPad 5 as well as a second generation iPad mini, but this does not mean that everyone else is just going to cower over Apple’s announcement without doing anything on their own. Nokia, the Finnish smartphone manufacturer is set to hold a press event that will be taking place this coming October 22nd over in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
This press conference will kick off at 11am in Abu Dhabi, and the webcast will be broadcast to the masses this time around, instead of being a limited event only to the press, bloggers, partners and analysts as tradition used to dictate in the past. We look forward to see just what will Nokia reveal this time around, perhaps a Lumia 1520?
