XiaoMi Reportedly Working On ZiMi Tablet

With so many different makes of tablets to choose from (and just a couple of main operating systems that are duking it out with one another at the moment – Android and iOS), one might get extremely confused as to the kind of tablet to purchase. If you lean towards the road less traveled, you might have heard of Chinese manufacturer XiaoMi – and they do seem to be working on a new flagship tablet that might just be unveiled later this September 5th.

Apparently, this particular tablet from XiaoMi will be known as the ZiMi tablet, with another nickname given to it as the Purple Rice tablet. It will most probably arrive in an 8” form factor, with a 1.9GHz Tegra 4 processor running proceedings from within, aided by 2GB RAM. There will also be a MIUI ROM that is based on the Android platform. All will be revealed later this September 5th, so stay tuned!
