If you’re in the market for a new smartphone and you don’t want to be spending too much money, brands like Huawei and ZTE usually come to mind as being brands that can put out decent devices at surprisingly attractive prices. Now according to a leak obtained by Android Police, it seems that Sprint subscribers might be able to look forward to a certain ZTE Quantum. The ZTE Quantum is definitely not the most impressive Android device we’ve seen from ZTE to date, but given its specs we expect that it should serve nicely to those on a budget, or for those looking to mess around on a smartphone with custom ROMs, hacks and whatnot. So what sort of specs are we looking at? For starters it will pack a 5″ 720p HD display and will be powered by a 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset with 1GB of RAM. It will also come with a 13MP camera and Android 4.1.2 on board. Like we said, not the most impressive but it does have some decent specs, although we guess it does pale somewhat in comparison to phones like the HTC One, Sony Xperia Z and the recently announced Samsung Galaxy S4.
