Samsung Galaxy S4 Officially Announced

Well, it looks like the time has finally arrived for Samsung to deliver the goods with their latest flagship smartphone, the Galaxy S4, and contrary to Apple’s claims, the Galaxy S4 is equipped with the latest version of the Android operating system, which would be Android 4.2.2.

So, what does the Galaxy S4 pack underneath the hood? First of all, it comes with an Octa 5 Samsung 1.6GHz processor (or Qualcomm Snapdragon 1.9GHz, depending on the region), has a choice of 16GB, 32GB and 64GB memory, a microSD memory card slot for expansion purposes, a 5” Full HD Super AMOLED (441+ ppi) display, 2GB RAM, a 2600mAh battery to keep things going, a 13-megapixel shooter at the back with Full HD recording capability, and a 2-megapixel camera in front, coming in white frost and black mist colors. Any takers? It is basically a souped up Galaxy S3, although I am quite sure that some folks out there are not too happy with the plasticky design, but to each his or her own!
