So, it seems that AT&T does not want to lose out to Sprint, and has decided to go one up on them for that matter. We reported that Sprint will be offering the BlackBerry Q10 smartphone in due time, but it seems that AT&T’s plan is to outdo them by rolling out not only the BlackBerry Q10, but the full touchscreen capable BlackBerry Z10 as well, ensuring that they have both business and consumer markets covered.

According to Jeff Bradley, senior vice president, Devices and Developer Services, AT&T Mobility, “BlackBerry is back. AT&T was the first carrier to launch BlackBerry smartphones and services in the U.S. and we are pleased to offer the fully re-designed and modern OS to our customers. The new BlackBerry 10 platform is a fresh take on today’s smartphones with all the key features BlackBerry fanatics need, including a refreshed version of RIM’s unbeatable email solution, a better browser experience and easy access to all their messages in BlackBerry Hub.”

We look forward to AT&T rolling out pricing and availability information in due time. [Press Release]
