Are you a proud owner of the rather basic Nokia Lumia 510? If you have answered in the affirmative, then you might be in for a treat, as apparently the Finnish smartphone manufacturer has already released a second ROM update that will overwrite the operating system that shipped with the Nokia Lumia 510. This definitely shows that Windows Phone 7.8 is still a work in progress, and the firmware version will get a bump from version 12460 to 12490. No idea at all on what is new with this particular build, but we can safely make the assumption that it will deliver not only performance but stability tweaks as well.
