Now here is a piece of hardware that is deserving of mention – the HTC Droid DNA, and chances are pretty good that this puppy will be announced when Verizon holds an event at New York City this coming November 13th at 11am. After all, the Droid DNA has been making its rounds around the Internet for some time already, sporting a sleek looking design, and with Verizon training their representatives on the HTC Droid DNA, we cannot help but feel that November 13th is when the world’s first smartphone with a Full HD display will be unveiled in the US.

To recap on what has been discovered about the HTC Droid DNA as well as its capabilities, we do know that it will boast of a 5” Full HD display, an unprecedented pixel density of 441ppi, 2GB RAM, in all probability an 8-megapixel shooter at the back – although there is also the possibility of a 12-megapixel camera in place, with a 2-megapixel shooter up front. Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean is the operating system of choice, and we will most probably discover a quad-core 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro APQ8064 processor.
