You might be all worked up for a Tegra 3-powered tablet that NVIDIA would love to have a closer look at, but today is not the day. Right now, we are referring to the ZTE U950, a new Tegra 3 powered device that packs 1.3GHz of processing power, where it will be accompanied by 1GB RAM, 4GB of internal memory, and a 2,000mAh battery to make sure that its 4.3” display is able to last the distance – at least for a full day of use.

At the back lies a 5-megapixel shooter that has nothing worth to write home about since it has no Carl Zeiss optics or the like, and if you love holding video calls with family and friends, fret not – the ZTE U950 will carry a VGA camera in front. Functional, all crammed into a 9mm thin body. You will find Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich as the operating system of choice, and we have no idea as to whether it will see an Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update or not. This looks set to be a China-only device, retailing for approximately $160 after conversion.
