Sony Xperia S Boot Manager opens the door to multi-boot moments

Published

XDA Developers member Letama has conceived what some might have deemed to be impossible: a boot manager for the Sony Xperia S that theoretically, enables you to multi-boot different firmware. For instance, you might want to run CyanogenMod 9 or CyanogenMod 10 on your Xperia S, and also want the benefits of stock Sony firmware just in case you need to call upon the camera app to capture some of the more memorable moments in your life. Of course, careful planning in advance is required, since you will first need to switch back to stock firmware by rebooting the smartphone which by then, would have seen the moment pass by. The Sony Xperia S Boot Manager has yet to roll out to the general public, but it does seem to carry its fair share of promise to date.
