HTC Windows Phone 8X coming your way in early November?

Assuming that you were more than impressed with what was announced by HTC just last week (has it been a week already? Time sure passes by quickly when you’re having fun, don’t you think so?) when it came to their upcoming flagship, the HTC Windows Phone 8X, then surely you would be on the lookout on sites for news of a release date. We play the role of harbingers of good news this time around, reporting that Amazon UK has set a shipping date of November 8th for the SIM-free variant of the HTC Windows Phone 8X, where you will have to fork out £531.43 a pop for it. When converted to the dollar, we are looking at $865 thereabouts.

Do bear in mind that this price point as well as the release date are not the official ones from HTC themselves, but one is able to make the assumption that Amazon would not be too far off the mark considering the size of their company. The thing is, chances are pretty high that we will not be taking a gander at any Windows Phone 8 devices at least until Microsoft releases them officially later next month.
