It was sometime at the end of June when the Lenovo LePhone K860 was first spotted by online sources and blogs, and we too, did manage to get a glimpse of it at our sister site Ubergizmo. Well, fast forward a couple of months thereabouts, and here we are with the Lenovo LePhone K860 that has been officially announced, although two of the details that people are definitely interested in – its pricing and availability, remain unavailable for mass consumption. As for the system specifications, I guess this is something that we are pleased to bring to your attention, making the Lenovo LePhone K860 a rather beefy smartphone.

For starters, the Lenovo LePhone K860 will share the very same quad-core Exynos processor from Samsung that runs on the Samsung Galaxy S3, in addition to a 5-inch HD display, an 8-megapixel camera that does Full HD video recording, 1GB RAM, and Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich to keep you going right out of the box. A 2,250mAh battery is available underneath the hood to keep the Lenovo LePhone K860 going for a full day, whether at work or at play.
