Sprint to offer data plans for Apple’s new iPad

Both AT&T and Verizon are slated to receive the iPad and it’s only logic as both the carriers have a 4G LTE capable network of their own, but what about the other carriers like T-Mobile and Sprint? We know that T-Mobile has plans for a LTE network come 2013, and that Sprint has plans for it this year, so could Sprint eventually be getting an iPad of their own as well?

That seemed to be the general consensus after a Best Buy inventory leaked showed what appeared to be iPads with Sprint’s name attached to it. However as it turns out, the listing was merely the data plans that Sprint had for iPad owners who would rather use Sprint’s network over AT&T or Verizon. Regardless, with Sprint’s plans to roll out a LTE network of their own in the not-so distant future, it’s not a stretch of the imagination to think that they would eventually get an iPad of their own.
