So we know that Sony will not be launching new Android handsets this year with quad-core processors on board, but no one said anything about tablets. It would appear that thanks to a NenaMark benchmark test result, what we are looking at above is the results to a certain Sony V150, an upcoming Sony tablet that will be powered by NVIDIA’s Tegra 3 quad-core processor clocked at 1.4GHz and a 1280×752 WXGA display and will come with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich preinstalled. Unfortunately apart from those details, little to nothing else was revealed about the mysterious device and if it will even make its way onto the market, but in any case we wouldn’t be surprised if Sony were to reveal new tablets this year that will be the successor to its NVIDIA Tegra 2 offerings last year in the form of the Tablet S and Tablet P, so stay tuned!
