Sony announces the Xperia Neo L MT25i

Heads up Sony fans, if you’re looking forward to getting your hands on a brand new Sony Xperia device that runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich out of the box, you might be interested in taking a look at the recently announce Xperia Neo L MT25i, a device that appears to be the successor to the Neo and the Neo V. As far as its specs are concerned, there’s really not much to shout about, but if you’re looking for a low-mid ranged device with Android 4.0 preinstalled, perhaps the Neo L might be worth checking out.

The device will feature a 4” 854×480 display, a 1GHz Qualcomm MSM8255 processor with 1GB of RAM under the hood, a 5MP rear-facing camera with 720p HD video capture capabilities, a VGA front-facing camera, a microSD card slot for memory expansion, HSDPA and a 1,500mAh battery. The device is currently aimed at the Chinese market, but no word on pricing or possible stateside availability at this point in time.
