Nokia patent suggests magnetic tattoos to replace ringtones

Let’s face it, there are times when having our phones ring can be considered inappropriate or rude, and even on silent mode some phones vibrate pretty hard that you can actually hear the vibrations which is just as distracting if not annoying. Well it looks like Nokia might have a way to fix that through a patent which basically suggests the idea of a magnetic tattoo placed on the user’s skin that will inform the user through the tattoo’s vibrations that a phone call is incoming. That way there will be no loud and distracting ring tones, and it will also solve the problem of phone vibrating loudly on hollow or wooden table tops. We’re not sure how we feel about getting magnetic implants for our bodies just to answer a few phone calls, but that’s the great thing about patents – they’re great ideas that may or may not materialize. So, what do you guys think? Are you guys receptive to a possible implant like that in the future?
