The Samsung Galaxy S Advance was announced a couple of days ago, but thanks to some leaked photos, we now have a better idea of what to expect from the device from a live perspective (as opposed to a mere rendering). Live photos of the device surfaced from the Philippines and is being priced around 22,990 pesos, which equates to about $535. Based on what’s been revealed, the Galaxy S Advance is expected to go on show at MWC 2012 and should be made available in the Philippines around that time as well.

For those who may have missed the news or forgotten, the Galaxy S Advance will feature a 4” Gorilla Glass Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 480×800. It will sport a 1GHz dual-core Cortex-A9 processor under the hood, a 5MP rear-facing camera with 720p HD video recording capabilities and will come with Android 2.3.6 Gingerbread on board. No word if there are plans to bump it to Android 4.0, but we are hoping it will!
