While Samsung will not be launching the Samsung Galaxy S3 at MWC 2012 (confirmed by Samsung themselves and will see a mid-year launch instead), it looks like they still have other devices up their sleeves if you were shopping for an alternative. It appears that Samsung will be taking the wraps off the Samsung Galaxy Note S and the Galaxy S2 Plus, both of which remain a mystery in terms of its hardware specs for now. Given how the Galaxy Note was unveiled at IFA 2011, it seems a little quick for a successor to be unveiled, so if we had to take a guess, we could be looking at a small upgrade over here.
As for the Galaxy S2 Plus, once again if the Galaxy S3 is expected to see a launch mid-year 2012, there’s a good chance the Galaxy S2 Plus could be an affordable version of the Galaxy S2 for those shopping on a budget. Once again this is purely speculation for now so we suggest you not read too much into it.
