Nokia 803 to sport a 4″ display?

A couple of days ago we reported on the Nokia 801, a device rumored to be an upcoming (and possibly last) Nokia Belle handset. While details of the device were scarce, the alleged rendering of the device showed us a phone that shared the N9/Lumia 800’s design philosophy. Well if you’re a fan of Symbian, you’ll be pleased to hear that more details surrounding the rumored N8’s successor, the Nokia 803, has surfaced.

The Nokia 803 was leaked back in the fall of 2011, and if the rumors surrounding Nokia’s plans for Symbian are to be believed, the company’s last Symbian handset will be a toss up between the 801 and the 803 (or it could very well be both). However as far as specs of the Nokia 803 is concerned, it is expected to feature a 4” display (a bump up from its previously rumored display of 3.5″), NFC and HDMI support, and naturally with the 803 being the successor to the N8, a heavy-duty camera is expected to be included as well. Word has it that the Nokia 803 will be seeing a launch in May, although right now with the 801 and 803 floating about, we’ll be taking this with a grain of salt for now.
