HTC Sensation and Sensation XE owners in Europe getting early Android 4.0 preview

HTC Sensation and Sensation XE owners, are you looking forward to getting Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich for your phone? Well the good news is that if you own either handset and you live in Europe, HTC will be giving you guys an early preview of its Android 4.0 update, and if that’s what HTC’s new practice will be like, there is a chance that this could be extended to other HTC handsets in the future. According to HTC:

“HTC knows how excited many of its customers are about the latest technology and HTC products. They want to help support that excitement and say “thanks” by providing early access to the latest software for some of HTC’s loyal fans and developers, beginning with a preview of the Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) software upgrade for the HTC Sensation and HTC Sensation XE in Europe.”

HTC will be posting updates at their Twitter and Facebook pages, so you might want to follow them if you want to know when the update starts rolling out. The Taiwanese company announced recently that the Android 4.0 update will be rolling out to some of their phones by the end of March, which means that the early preview for HTC Sensation and Sensation XE owners might arrive sooner than we think!
