HTC details Android 4.0 update release schedule

HTC owners, you’re in luck as the company’s Facebook page revealed their plans to bring the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich update to their phones. The first batch of devices expected to receive the Android 4.0 update include the HTC Sensation, HTC Sensation 4G and HTC Sensation XE, followed soon there after by the HTC Sensation XL. The update for these devices are expected to arrive by the end of March.

However if you don’t see your device listed above, fret not as HTC has not forgotten about you guys. While no specific date was given yet, the following HTC phones are expected to receive the Android 4.0 update later this year: HTC Rezound, HTC Vivid, HTC Amaze 4G, HTC EVO 3D, HTC EVO Design 4G, HTC Incredible S, HTC Desire S and HTC Desire HD.
