Are you interested in getting your hands on Sony’s first Android powered smartphone, the Xperia ION 4G? Well if you are, it looks like thanks to online retailer Negri Electronics, we might have an inkling as to how much the device could cost if you were to buy it unlocked. Based on the retailer’s price, if you were interested in getting an unlocked version of the Sony Xperia ION 4G, prepare to fork out $569.

Unfortunately apart from pricing, no other details such as availability were revealed. It still seems that the official word from Sony and AT&T is that the device is “coming soon”. So what can you expect for $569? Well, for starters customers can expect a 4.6” HD display powered by Sony’s BRAVIA engine, a 1.5GHz dual-core processor under the hood with 1GB of RAM, a 12MP camera capable of 1080p Full HD video recording, HDMI out and will be compatible with AT&T’s 4G LTE network.

While we understand your possible excitement at owning the Sony Xperia ION 4G, interestingly it seems that another online retailer CellHut has the unlocked device priced at $799.99 instead, so perhaps you might want to hold off on placing your pre-orders just yet, at least until some form of official pricing has been revealed.
