If you’re in the market for a phone/tablet hybrid, you might be aware of the Samsung Galaxy Note, a 5.3” phone/tablet sort of device. Well the good news is that if you’ve had your eye on the Galaxy Note, it seems that AT&T will be the carrier of choice when the device is made available for the US market. According to AT&T, the Samsung Galaxy Note is expected to launch come 19th of February and will set customers back $300 together with a two-year contract.

Apart from its 5.3” Super AMOLED display, the Samsung Galaxy Note will also feature a 1.4GHz processor under its hood, an 8MP rear-facing camera, a 2MP front-facing camera and will run on Android 2.3 Gingerbread. Let’s not forget that the Galaxy Note for AT&T will also support the carrier’s brand new LTE network. No word on when exactly Samsung will be rolling out the Android 4.0 update for the device, but hopefully Galaxy Note owners won’t have to wait too long.
