Motorola may hold 24 hour Droid RAZR MAXX event February 6th

Assuming Motorola’s website is to be believed, the Droid RAZR MAXX is expected to see a launch come 26th January 2012. However for those who might still be apprehensive regarding the battery life despite the larger 3,300mAh battery, the 6th of February might be a date you’ll want to mark down on your calendars. According to various reports, Motorola supposedly will be holding a 24 hour marathon event for their new smartphone which we’re guessing will be used to show off the Droid RAZR MAXX’s battery life.

We’re not sure what sort of tests Motorola will be conducting to prove that the Droid RAZR MAXX’s battery is indeed capable of a full day’s use, but apparently the event will also be streamed live, so for those of you at home with 24 hours to spare and would like to see the Droid RAZR MAXX’s battery put to the test before making your decision, the 6th of February could be that day.
