Huawei to introduce Diamond series of smartphones at MWC 2012

Huawei has been known for putting out affordable handsets, which while appealing to shoppers on a budget, may not have the same appeal when it comes to smartphone enthusiasts looking for the best possible hardware specifications they can get for their money’s worth. Well the good news is that come MWC 2012, Huawei is expected to turn things around by starting to offer up a couple of handsets that will supposedly be part of a new high-end series of smartphones by the company.

According to the reports, these new smartphones will be sold under the “Diamond” moniker which we admit does sound somewhat high-end, and according to Huawei themselves, these two new phones will be arriving in Europe by Spring and North America by summer. Unfortunately no word on what sort of specs these phones will feature or how they will look like, but assuming that they will be unveiled during MWC 2012, check back with us then for further details!
