Good news, for those who currently own Dell’s now-discontinued Streak 7 tablet, it appears that unofficially, an Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich ROM is now available for download. This is courtesy of TabletROMs’ Giveen and DJ_Steve, although it should be noted that this particular ROM is still currently in beta form. What this means is that there is still quite a lot of functionality missing, such as the camera and cellular radios. However touch screen input, WiFi, Bluetooth, audio and apparently most of the sensors are up and running, so it’s probably not suggested that you use this particular ROM as your daily driver until all the kinks have been worked out.
