Verizon acknowledges Galaxy Nexus signal strength issue

According to a tweet by Verizon’s customer service, there appears to be an issue with the Galaxy Nexus’s signal strength. The tweet was in response to a customer who was enquiring about the strength of his signal. So far there has not really been an outbreak of reports regarding this issue but either way we’re glad that it has been acknowledged.

Verizon’s tweet indicated that such a problem does exist and that the carrier is currently working on a software update that should fix the problem and help to boost signal strength, although they did not mention when Galaxy Nexus owners on Verizon’s network would be able to expect the update to roll out.
