Toshiba Thrive 7″ tablet goes on sale

If you have been eyeing the Toshiba Thrive 7” Android tablet, the good news is that it appears the device is finally up for sale over the weekend. For those who may have forgotten its specs, here’s a quick refresher. The tablet will feature a 7” 1280×800 display with NVIDIA’s Tegra 2 dual-core processor under the hood, front and rear-facing cameras and will run on Android’s Honeycomb 3.2.

The tablet will also come in two sizes – 16GB and 32GB with the former coming with a price tag of $379.99, while the 32GB mode will set you back $429.99.
