While Cricket may not be the biggest or most popular carrier in the US, they have their own base of subscribers, and here to please those subscribers will be the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1. It looks like Cricket will start offering the tablet to their subscribers starting on the 16th of December 2011.

It will be available in two options – WiFi with Cricket’s Crosswave mobile hotspot, or WiFi-only. If you were to opt for the 16GB model with Cricket’s Crosswave mobile hotspot, expect to pick up the tablet for $594.99. However if you were to opt for the pure WiFi version of the Galaxy Tab 10.1, it will set you back $499.99.

It does not appear that Cricket will be offering their subscribers access to the 3G version of the Galaxy Tab 10.1 for now, but who knows, it might be added to their portfolio at a later date, but for now Cricket subscribers who are getting their hands on the Galaxy Tab 10.1 will have a new gadget to play with over the weekend.
