Microsoft offering free Windows Phone devices to malware-stricken Android owners

Are you ticked off by Android malware causing you endless grief on your Android devices? Well Microsoft in yet another marketing strategy has decided that perhaps it’s time to switch platforms by offering Android owners the chance to win a free Windows Phone device. All Android users will have to do is tweet about their Android malware experiences/stories and they could stand a chance to get a free Windows Phone handset.

Microsoft has been actively chasing developers and consumers in their attempts to lure them over to the Windows Phone platform. Previously Microsoft had offered webOS the opportunity to net themselves a free WP phone simply by developing apps for them, and not too long ago Microsoft even gave away from WP phones to Blackberry users who might have been extremely frustrated at the recent Blackberry outages.
