Acer may be slowing down the output of smartphones and tablets for 2012, but that does not mean that they have completely given up. Thanks to NoMobile.ru, a leaked photo of what appears to be the Acer Iconia Tab A700 has surfaced online which is rumored to see a debut at CES 2012 next year. The tablet is expected to be the successor to the Acer Iconia Tab A200 and supposedly will be more powerful.

It is rumored to be powered by NVIDIA’s Tegra 3 quad-core processor, feature a 10.1” 1920×1200 display with SIM and micro USB ports, a 5MP rear-facing camera with flash and will feature an alleged battery life of 10 hours. Other than that not much is known about the tablet in terms of additional specifications, i.e. storage capacity, platform, etc. The rendering does look pretty legitimate but we’ll hold our reservations until CES 2012 where hopefully the Acer Iconia Tab A700 will be revealed.
