When Nokia decided to team up with Microsoft for Windows Phone, we’re guessing we weren’t the only ones that were questioning their choice. After all Android was open source and was arguably the most popular smartphone platform at the moment, so why did they decided to go ahead with Windows Phone instead?

However if you’re curious as to what Nokia could have accomplished with Android, you could check out this cool video where Android’s Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0 is spotted running on the Nokia N900 smartphone. Owners of the device before you get too excited, take note that the build on the N900 is being referred to as a “pre-pre-alpha” build, meaning it is no where close to completion, but it does give us a glimpse of what could have been should Nokia have chosen the Android route instead.
