Apple seeking to ban Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1N in Germany

So we know that the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 injunction in Australia got lifted, at least for now, but it seems that Apple will not let Samsung rest as it has gone after Samsung again in Germany, this time regarding the Galaxy Tab 10.1N tablet as pictured above.

The Galaxy Tab 10.1N is Samsung’s revised Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablet with some slight modifications. Most noticeably is the addition of a bezel surrounding the device which supposedly is to help distinguish it from the iPad. That was Samsung’s answer to the injunction of the tablet in Germany and we guess they were hoping that Apple would let this one slide, but apparently not.

Apple has requested that the German courts ban the Galaxy Tab 10.1N as well despite it looking different from the iPad. The hearing has been scheduled for the 22nd of December so we’ll see if the courts will take Apple’s side once more.
