Samsung granted expedited hearing in Australia

It looks like Samsung has another chance in Australia to sell their Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablets. Earlier Apple won an injunction against Samsung in Australia as part of their global ongoing patent war, and naturally Samsung has appealed the court’s decision in Australia.

The court has agreed and has granted Samsung an expedited hearing in Sydney, and if successful it looks like those in Australia will be able to get their hands on the tablet in time for Christmas. No date has been set yet, but check back us soon for updates surrounding this whole patent war fiasco between Apple and Samsung.
