For those who might have moved from Nokia phones to Android or iOS may be missing their old Nokia maps application, but unfortunately the previous versions of the Nokia maps on iOS and Android did not support offline map viewing, which seems highly inconvenient especially when you’re traveling in a foreign country.

The good news is that the Nokia maps for iOS and Android now support offline map viewing along with public transport directions, as pictured above. Considering that this isn’t a native app, it’s a pretty cool feature. For those interested, you can check out the Nokia Maps by pointing your smartphone’s browser at http://m.maps.nokia.com/.
