Google Music app arrives on iOS

Published

With Google Music being a direct competitor with Apple’s own iTunes Match, we’re surprised that a native Google Music app for iOS even made it onto iTunes, but then again we’re guessing that Apple can’t really play favorites and we’re glad that they’re being objective about this.

The app is by Interactive Innovative Solutions and it is called gMusic. As the name implies it’s a native app that allows iOS users to access their Google Music accounts. It syncs with your Google account so any changes you make will be reflected on the app. It does what it’s supposed to do, such as create playlists, play music in the background and etc. It will cost you $2 and it is available from the iTunes App Store.
