Several months back when Microsoft unveiled their OEM partners for the upcoming Windows Phone 7.5 platform, ZTE was revealed to be one of them. For those unfamiliar with the company, they specialize in creating devices that target those on a budget, and who don’t see the need for dropping hundreds of dollars on a super high-end specced device.

One of their upcoming handsets has been revealed and it is the ZTE Tania. The device features a 4.3” WVGA 800×480 display with a single core 1GHz processor under the hood. It will come with 512MB of RAM and 4GB of internal storage, and is accompanied by a 5MP camera in the back. No word on when the device will be made available or how much it will cost.
