What does T-Mobile’s “All hands day” imply?

With the iPhone 5’s impending release just around the corner, or so the rumors say, imaginations are going wild, just like this leaked document from T-Mobile that requires their employees to be around on the 24th of September for an “All hands day”. Given how close 24th September is to the rumored 30th September pre-orders for the iPhone 5, naturally a lot of people speculated that this is what the training is for.

However a leaked Sprint document was also spotted, also asking employees to come in for an “All hands day”, this time the document was more specific and mentioned that the training was for the Samsung Epic Touch 4G. If this is the case it is more than likely that T-Mobile’s training is indeed for their version of the Samsung Galaxy S2, or is it? With the iPhone 5 supposedly being released next month, we’re guessing everyone’s grabbing at straws here for solid proof that the device actually exists.
