Synrgic T100 Android handset announced

Have you heard of the brand Synrgic before? If you haven’t we don’t blame you as it is a China-based company that is known more for their tablet PCs rather than their smartphone offerings. This is not to say that their upcoming handset, the T100, is bad, in fact based on its specs we think it might be a pretty worthy contender among the higher end Android devices.

It sports a 1.2GHz Tegra-2 dual-core processor with a 4.3” 960×540 display and will feature 32GB of storage, which is partly thanks to Synrgic deciding to drop the microSD slot in favor of larger internal memory. It will also come with a 1.3MP/5MP front/rear facing camera that is capable of 720p video capture and will come loaded with Android’s Gingerbread 2.3.

The device is expected to hit the shelves some time in October/November but unfortunately there’s no word on if Synrgic has plans to take their T100 into the America market.
