The Pantech Breakout has been talked about quite a bit, but finally it looks like a nice, crisp photo of the device has finally surfaced. It is sporting the Verizon badge but oddly enough Verizon has yet to acknowledge it officially. Perhaps they’re planning a surprise launch? Anyway, for those unfamiliar with the Pantech Breakout, it appears to be a mid-ranged Android handset and will be sporting a 1GHz single-core processor under the hood. It will also feature a 4” display and front and rear cameras while running on Android’s Gingerbread 2.3.
If specs aren’t your main concern and you’re more interested in getting your hands on a 4G LTE capable handset without breaking the bank, the Pantech Breakout looks like it might do the trick. The handset is expected to be made available come 22nd of September.
