Pantech Breakout and Samsung Illusion coming to Verizon

If you’re more concerned about the speed of the network and connection that you can get from your phone as opposed to its hardware, Verizon may have two devices that seem to hover in the mid-range but at the same time will be able to hook onto Verizon’s 4G LTE network.

The first device will be the Pantech Breakout that we mentioned a while back. It will feature a 4” display and a 1GHz processor and 512MB of RAM. The second device is the Samsung Illusion and while its specs remain unknown at this time, it is speculated that it may be sporting a 3.5” display and a single-core processor that lies somewhere between the 800MHz-1GHz range.

It is not known as to when exactly we will see the devices, but word has it that it will be several weeks before Verizon officially announces them.
