CyanogenMod team gets WiFi and Android Market up and running on the TouchPad

CyanogenMod had made great progress with porting Android onto the HP TouchPad. The last we checked, it seemed that pretty much all the major functions were up and running, save for the most important function of all – WiFi. At that time it seemed that the team had not managed to get WiFi up and running, but the good news is that now they have!

Not only that, but the team has also managed to get Android Market available on the TouchPad as well, although it seems there are some formatting issues with the 9.7” display of the TouchPad. No word on when TouchPad users can expect to get their hands on the mod, but it looks like everything is progressing along rather nicely.
