ION Audio Piano Apprentice teaches you how to play the piano on your iOS device

Ever wanted to learn the piano but did not have the time to attend formal lessons? Well so happens if you own the iPad and have $99 to spare, then perhaps ION Audio’s Piano Apprentice accessory for your iPad could take the place of a teacher. Granted it only features 25 keys, you will actually be taught on the app (which is free) by Scott Houston who will be appearing on screen with the piano keys lighting up in synch with the music.

The device is powered by 4 AA batteries and will come with a speaker built in and is pressure sensitive, meaning that soft presses will result in lighter and soften tones, while hard and heavy presses will give off a harder and louder sound, allowing for expressive music creation.
