ASUS Eee Pad MeMo might have been cancelled?

Earlier this year ASUS debuted the Eee Pad MeMo which was targeted at artists and note takers with the accompanying pressure-sensitive stylus. It was slated for a June release but then ASUS decided to add on more features to it, such as a glasses free 3D display. If you have been eyeing the MeMo as a potential tablet purchase, you could be out of luck as it seems that ASUS will not be selling it after all.

The rumors are saying that ASUS will not be releasing the tablet and if they were, it would only be seen in 2012 which we’re thinking could be extremely outdated then, unless they update the specs accordingly. Until then I guess you could explore other tablets with styluses, such as the HTC Flyer which comes with added option of the Scribe stylus.
