TouchPal Curve could give Swype a run for their money

If there’s one great thing that Android has that iOS doesn’t, it would be the number of keyboard input apps available. Sure there was that recent hack where a developer managed to create an app that was similar to Swype except for iOS, but I’m guessing it just won’t be the same. As it stands, Swype still reigns supreme when it comes to keyboard apps, but with the introduction of the TouchPal Curve, it looks like Swype could very well be meeting their match soon.

Similar to Swype, it appears that TouchPal curve is another swipe-to-text method of input but with the added feature of predictive swiping which the developers claim will save you a lot of time. It also features blind swiping where it learns your swiping patterns so that you can swipe to type out words without the need to glue your eyes to the phone! Unfortunately if you’ve decided to make the switch to TouchPal Curve, it appears that the app is still in beta but it seems that if you simply retweet TouchPal’s last tweet, you could be one of the chosen few to beta test the app.
